The New Zealand Millennium Cup is back in 2015! The premier superyacht regatta of the South Pacific will be raced over the emerald waters of the Bay of Islands, come January, and yachts upwards of 19M are invited to take up the challenge.
This is the first time the New Zealand Millennium Cup will be raced as part of Bay of Islands Sailing Week and the combination is set to deliver more excitement than ever before. To ensure the regatta is as easy as possible for all entrants sheltered anchorages and a tender service have been set aside, as well as tender berthage for race days, reserved for superyachts within the Opua marina area, near the Opua Cruising Club and Race HQ.
All courses will be expertly designed by a local team to ensure close-fought racing with room for competing yachts to truly show their paces.
